The Process

Before undertaking therapy, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out which helps provide me with a picture of current issues and your therapeutic goals.

The first session will be spent going through these questions to get as detailed a picture as possible of your life: what you are struggling with, your childhood, health issues, relationship and work history and also your previous experience of therapy. I will create a safe, non-judgemental and open space for you and the sessions are strictly confidential.

Subsequent sessions will be spent addressing these issues and anything else that’s important to you. The duration of time we work together is entirely open-ended, some clients come on a short-term basis for a few months, others have stayed for years. 

The session itself is 50 minutes long. It will take place at the same time each week, either at a private clinic in Wimpole Street or online if you wish. Although you are free to leave whenever you wish, I ask for a period of notice that we decide together, usually between 2 and 4 weeks. 

I also offer career-focused sessions and one-off coaching for immediate assistance with crises or critical decisions. Please contact me for pricing details.
